My goal as a travel writer and blogger is to always be honest and transparent with my readers and community. As a travel blogger, I am compensated for some of my content. Any sponsored posts where I received products or services in exchange for exposure on my website or social media accounts will be disclosed at the bottom of that blog post. If it is not, it is an error and will be corrected shortly.
That being said, just because these posts are sponsored or compensated does not mean that every opinion inside that post is not my own. I don’t post about anything that I’m not passionate about and excited to share with all of you. I am sent free stuff all the time but if I don’t support it, don’t like it or don’t feel that it’s something that you guys want to hear about – I don’t write about it. Being compensated or given something from or by a company or brand does not have any effect on my opinion of the product or service.
Now for some of the nitty gritty stuff that I’m required to disclose to keep Kayti VS the World legal!
This blog is a personal blog written by Kathryn Clayton. For any questions regarding this blog please contact Kathryn (Kayti) at email@example.com
This blog accepts forms of sponsorship, paid advertising, affiliate links, ad placement and/or other forms of compensation.
This blog does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest.
It is also important for you to know that some of the content on this site does contain affiliate links. Not familiar with affiliate links? Here’s what that means in a nutshell. When I have a product or service that I am standing by and I want to share with my readers, I will post a link to that product that is uniquely associated to me. So what that means is a percentage of any purchases made on those links go to Kayti VS the World. It does not cost you as a reader and consumer any extra money. It’s just a smaller percentage of that purchase is given to me as a result of being an “affiliate” with said company or brand. It feels a little odd to say, but I am a travel blogger – it’s something I love doing and something that I spend a lot of my own personal money on. So, being able to reap some of these rewards really is what helps keep Kayti VS the World possible. And like I said, I want to be as open and honest with you all as I can.

If you’ve ever downloaded one of my freebie’s or downloadable extras on any of my blog posts you know that occasionally I do ask for your email address on this site. Sometimes it’s in the form of opting in for my newsletter, sometimes it’s an “opt-in form” to receive one of those downloads or freebies I’m offering. The reason why I do this is so I can keep you updated and informed on things like: updated downloadable content, Kayti VS the World news and announcements, giveaways, and the occasional newsletter, etc. You can opt out of these emails at ANY time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any of those emails.
